Welcome to coachdoctorfitness.com and fit2at.com.   These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, including all content, blogs, recipes, videos, and information provided (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.


Terms and Conditions of Service of  "Fit to a "T" Fitness, LLC":  I agree to provide personal fitness training, nutrition guidance, and corrective exercise programs to the client subject to the following terms and conditions.


All of the information and content in this website is gathered from peer-reviewed sources, continuing education courses that I have taken, certifications that I have earned, and my studies in each of my degree programs.  None of it is meant to treat, diagnose, or cure any issue, disease, or musculoskeletal disorder.  The information in this website is specifically for generally healthy individuals who are looking to change their health habits and current health status.  If you need specific help that I can give, please reach out to me so we can set up a consultation.  If you have more serious musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, or mental health issues, please see a professional in your area.

Terms and Conditions of Service of "Fit to a "T" Fitness, LLC"

Before meeting for your first appointment, this form must be signed and dated.


1. 🏋️ Scope of Services:  I will design and provide personalized strength training programs, general nutrition guidance, and corrective exercise techniques aimed at improving your physical fitness, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

  • 1.1. Corrective Exercise:  Corrective exercise programs are designed to address common muscle imbalances and movement deficiencies. We are certified fitness professionals, not physical therapists or medical doctors. Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. We will refer you to an appropriate medical professional when necessary.
  • 1.2. Nutrition Guidance:  We provide general nutritional information and guide you on healthy eating behaviors (e.g., healthy food choices, portion sizes, macronutrient tracking). We do not provide medical nutrition therapy or prescribed meal plans for medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, celiac disease), as this is outside our scope of practice as a personal trainer or nutrition coach. You must consult a registered dietitian or physician for specific medical dietary advice.


2. ⚠️ Health Disclaimer and Client Responsibility:  You acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Medical Clearance: You must provide us with a signed physician's clearance and complete a detailed health history form (PAR-Q) before starting any program.
  • Consult Your Doctor: You should always consult your physician or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning this or any other exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing chronic or recurring condition or injury.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to disclose all relevant health information, medical conditions, and injuries accurately and promptly. Failure to do so may result in program termination without refund.
  • Listen to Your Body: You are responsible for monitoring your own condition during sessions and immediately informing the trainer of any pain, fatigue, or discomfort.


3. ⚖️ Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver:  You acknowledge that physical exercise, especially strength training and corrective exercises, involves inherent risks of injury, including minor injuries (bruises, sprains), major injuries (heart attacks, strokes, ligament tears), and catastrophic injuries (paralysis, death).   YOU HEREBY AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, OF INJURIES OR ILLNESS WHICH MAY RESULT FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OUR PROGRAMS.  You, your heirs, assigns, and legal representatives HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE Tona Wilson and Fit to a "T" Fitness from any and all claims, demands, damages, and causes of action arising out of our negligence. This waiver of liability does not apply to gross negligence or intentional harm.


4. 💰 Payment Terms and Policies

  • Fees: All fees for services are as outlined in your separate package agreement.
  • Payment: Payments are due in full on the date of appointment. 
  • Late Payments: Appointments will be forfeited if payment is not received at the time of appointment.

5. 🗓️ Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • Scheduling: All sessions are scheduled in advance. It is your responsibility to attend scheduled appointments.
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for a scheduled session, you will be charged for the full session fee. Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at our discretion.
  • Trainer Cancellation: If we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide advance notice and reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.


6. 🔒 Confidentiality and Privacy:  We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and health information (PHI). We will only use your information to provide the agreed-upon services and will not share it with third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law. Our data handling practices are detailed in our separate Privacy Policy.


7. 🛑 Termination of Services:  Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. If you terminate services prematurely, a refund for unused sessions will be issued based on our refund policy detailed in the package agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of inappropriate behavior, frequent cancellations, non-compliance with health and safety guidelines, or failure to make payments.


8. 📜 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:  This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Arizona. Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through mediation before pursuing legal action.

Cancellation, Refund, and Privacy Policy

Twenty four hours notice must be given for any appointments, else the full charge will be assessed.  


Refunds are not given for packages of more than 3 sessions.  Refunds are not given for services or sessions.


Your privacy is my priority.  Your information of any kind will not be shared without your explicit consent.
