Includes body metric assessment, biometric assessment, app-based evaluation of 24-hour recall of meals and app setup on MyFitDay, MyFitnessPal, MyNetDiary, or your chosen app.
Includes meal plan suggestions and macronutrient recommendation with a list of choices for menu items.
Body composition and biometric assessment must be done prior to any package or services to ascertain all dietary and physical needs.

One Week Meal Plan
Seven days of meal plans with recipes for you to create for yourself.
One Week of Daily Coaching
Daily check ins, motivation, daily affirmations, and mindful prompts for journaling. Includes optional pantry purging and kitchen organization for healthy eating success.
